Hi, I'm Phillip, and I'm thrilled to have you here on my website!
I have a Bachelors of Arts Economics and Data Analysis and have around 2 years of experience in the Fin-Tech space, particularly in Fraud and Client Analytics. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on notable client facing roles, as well as most recently as a Data Scientist on our Enterprise Fraud Team.

I specialize in Model Development and Model Validation. My skills include Python, PySpark, Git, and Tableau, which I've honed throughout my own experience at Synchrony and my own self-study.

One of my notable achievements is developing a Fraud decisioning model and implementing it for use Enterprise-wide. This endeavor allowed me to join our Fraud Data Science group full time. As it is a Enterprise model, I won't be able to show you :(

I'm truly passionate about Machine Learning and AI. It fuels my drive for continious learning, and striving to best the version of myself that I can be. At the core of my work, you'll find grit and trial and error as guiding principles at every step.

Outside of work, I enjoy a mixture of an active and social lifestyle. It helps me find balance and fuels my creativity. Some of my favorite activities include spending time with family and playing pick-up games with friends.
